Why I Became a Real Estate Strategist
This is not a biography. It is a story about why I chose your side—the buyer's side—and why I have never left it.
1999: The Beginning
I started not as a broker — but as someone who grew up watching families lose their life savings to the wrong property. My father nearly made such a mistake. That one experience changed everything for me.
2005: The Hard Truth
In my early years, I saw builders hide defects. I saw legal disputes destroy families. I watched buyers pay ₹40 lakhs more for the same flat because they didn't know how to negotiate. I decided I would never let that happen to anyone who trusted me.
2012: The Philosophy
I stopped calling myself a real estate agent. I became a strategist. Because buying a home is not a transaction — it is one of the most consequential decisions of a family's life. It deserves strategy, not sales.
Today: The Mission
25 years. Thousands of families. ₹3000+ crores in guided transactions. My only measure of success is when a family calls me five years later and says: "Ssumit ji, that was the best decision we ever made."
